Add a direct link in the docs to the Discord's #working-groups channel (#14321)
# Objective Reading the documentation it wasn't clear to me where to see a definitive list of working groups. I somehow missed the discord channel, I'm not sure if my Discord settings had it hidden. ## Solution I've made it clearer in the docs where to find the list of existing working groups. Note: This assumes that all working groups are in there on the discord, that's my understanding from the current docs. Co-authored-by: Alice Cecile <alice.i.cecile@gmail.com>

Working groups are public, open-membership groups that work together to tackle a broad-but-scoped initiative.

The work that they do is coordinated in a forum-channel on [Discord](https://discord.gg/bevy), although they also create issues and may use project boards for tangible work that needs to be done.

A list of existing working groups can be found in the [#working-groups](https://discord.com/channels/691052431525675048/1235758970703188008) channel.
