Rename dynamic feature (#7340)

# Objective

- Fixes https://github.com/bevyengine/bevy/issues/7334

## Solution

- Rename `dynamic` feature to `dynamic_linking`.

- `dynamic` feature was renamed to `dynamic_linking`
