Switched NetFramework from 4.7.2 to 4.6
...
Looks like not all of our dependencies and packages are set to run as high as 4.7.2, so I'm dropping them down to the highest version to increase compatibility

Path setting now works!

What does it do:
Well you know you can set your paths!
Checks on programm Startup if set folders still exist, if not it will not allow you to inject, since without those essential paths, it will not work.
