Tone.js/Tone/event/Event.js
Yotam Mann 1ba3733439 interval is exclusive of end point
specifically the repeat time is: [start, start + duration).

so Transport.scheduleRepeat(fn, 1, 0, 2) will repeat twice, not three
times (since it’s exclusive of the end time).
