b2c85eaf44 signals inherit Signal.connect method 
this is so that params and signals they connect to don’t need to be
manually zeroed out after connecting.

4cd751e541 transportTicks and timelineTicks are separate 
this allows for timeouts and intervals to go on independent of timeline
loop points.
