c08e16087f correctly setting PPQ 
wasn’t taking into account that the returns bpm value was dependent on

1ba3733439 interval is exclusive of end point 
specifically the repeat time is: [start, start + duration).

so Transport.scheduleRepeat(fn, 1, 0, 2) will repeat twice, not three
times (since it’s exclusive of the end time).
