Feature/mirror upgrade (#127)
* Updated SyncDictionary usage in SyncedBag.cs

- Removed the extra class that is no longer needed for SyncDictionary's
- Removed OP codes (OP_DIRTY) switch case that no longer exists (superseded by OP_SET)
