1a9c69c637 Upgraded compression 
Replaced pngquant compression with imageoptim compression.

Quality is better and size is smaller. Backgrounds went from ~30mb -> ~17mb and Samples went from ~7mb to ~4mb.

Also fixed bug with clear | off | disable.

4cf77373f2 Refactored package structure, added to do list, and ability to print pokemon by region 
The user can now type: “python3.5 Main.py kanto” and it will print all
the pokemon in the kanto region, as well as their corresponding number.
Supports kanto, johto, hoenn, and sinnoh
