Kurt e6cf5d0baf Split PKMConverter into multiple classes
EntityFormat -> detects byte[] -> ctor() PKM
EntityConverter -> converts between pkm formats
RecentTrainerCache -> used by other classes (not within EntityConverter!)
EntityBlank -> creates blank PKM objects indirectly
