Kurt	e5d9381c58	Add basic VC legality checks I may use VC and VC1 a little too interchangeably; things would have to be updated if GSC were ever released anyway. Usage of VC is for generic stuff while VC1 allows VC2 to slip by. no shiny mew 🌵 memories + geolocation, gee thanks bank. Would need to be updated with gen1 legality checking to add moves/finer encounter details, but this will do for now.
